Chomsky on Anarchism

Pretty interesting discussion with Noam Chomsky answering media questions….

Referring to oppressive state and other forms and structures he states ” …societies were stable because people regarded those structures as legitimate… throughout human life there’s a whole variety of  systems of authority, and oppression, and domination, and so on, which are usually accepted as legitimate by the people who  subordinated to them. When they don’t,  you  have have the struggles, and revolutions, and sometimes changes and sometimes brutality and so on. As far as I’m concerned, anarchists are just the people who take this seriously.”
